What a filler treatment costs
Filler is sold by the syringe, usually 1 mL. Lips often start with a half or one syringe. Cheeks, chin and jawline often need more than one, and many clinics discount the second syringe in the same visit.

What changes the price of filler
- The product line. Standard hyaluronic acid fillers sit around the median. Premium lines, such as Juvéderm Vycross products, run $850 to $950 a syringe.
- Named techniques. Some clinics sell lip styles (Russian lips, for example) as their own service at $700 to $900.
- How much you need. A half syringe is priced at about 60% of a full one, not half, because the appointment costs the same.
- Biostimulators. Sculptra and Radiesse aren't hyaluronic acid fillers and cost more, about $800 to $1,100 a vial or syringe.

Price the half syringe as its own product, not as half a syringe. Clinics land at about 60% of the full-syringe price, which covers the appointment and keeps the full syringe the better deal.
