Most scribes hand you a wall of generated text to paste somewhere. This one reads the transcript against the chart in front of it and proposes content for each part of it. The prose under your headings, the fields on your Smart Blocks, new rows in your logs. Every item shown against what's already there, every item its own checkbox.

- A value identical to what's already recorded isn't offered at all
- Prose where a number belongs is dropped, not written in as text

A transcript you can't verify is a transcript you have to trust blindly. This one is aligned to the audio word by word: click a word to hear that instant of the recording, play it back to watch the highlight travel, and correct a misheard drug name by typing straight over it.

Speech-to-text as the visit happens, not a file you upload afterwards and wait on. Multiple takes append to the same transcript, so a visit that pauses for a phone call still ends up as one record.
It writes into your chart, not a box
The note isn't stranded in a scribe widget. Prose goes under the headings you actually use: Subjective, Assessment, Impression, whatever your template calls them. The chart reads like you wrote it.
Smart Blocks filled in too
Pain scores, vitals, range of motion, laser settings, exercise plans: the structured fields get proposed values from what was said out loud, so your graphs and outcome reports fill themselves as a side effect of talking.

The transcript is aligned to the audio word by word. Click a word to jump the playback there, play it back to watch the highlight walk along, and type over anything the model misheard without leaving the chart.
A visit summary worth reading
One short recap of the encounter for the moments you need it fast, handover, the top of a referral, or the ninety seconds before the next appointment. It stays flagged as unreviewed until you say otherwise.
You're still the author
Nothing generated reaches a chart without you accepting it, values the model invented for fields nobody mentioned are dropped rather than guessed, and an AI-written summary carries an unreviewed marker. In the chart and on the printed copy until a practitioner signs off.
Why "for now" and not "forever"
Transcription and generation cost us real money per minute recorded, which is different from the rest of Zdrovia. So while we're in beta, AI Scribe is switched on for every account at no extra cost, and we'd rather you use it than ration it. If it ever becomes a paid add-on, we'll tell you before the first charge, not after.
The honest limits
- It transcribes English today. Other languages are on the list, not in the build.
- It doesn't label speakers, so it attributes a statement only where the content makes it obvious.
- It doesn't diagnose, and it doesn't sign anything. It proposes text a clinician accepts or rejects.
- The audio isn't kept. Playback works while you're in the block and is gone after that.
