The money side, end to end
Card payments, your account
Payments run through Stripe on a connected account that belongs to your clinic, not to us. Payouts land in your bank on Stripe's normal schedule, and you keep the dashboard, the disputes, and the records.
Deposits at booking
Require a deposit on the treatments that hurt most when they no-show. The patient pays when they book, the amount is credited against the invoice at checkout, and the slot is only held once it clears.
Invoices that build themselves
Services performed, products dispensed, and retail add-ons arrive as line items from the visit itself. Draft, sent, partially paid, paid, overdue, void — the status moves as the money does.
Tips, split properly
Patients can add a tip at checkout, and each tip is allocated to the practitioner who earned it. No shoebox at the front desk, no arguing at the end of the week.
Commission rules that run themselves
Set commission rules per practitioner, per service, or per product, then let Zdrovia compute what's owed from the invoices that actually got paid. Review, adjust, and mark off as settled.
Tax handled per line
Configure the tax treatment that applies to each service and product. Invoices carry a real breakdown — GST and QST as separate components, not one merged number a bookkeeper has to unpick.
A word on card fees
Stripe's processing fee applies to card payments the same way it would if you'd wired Stripe up yourself — that part isn't ours to waive. What we don't do is add a percentage of your revenue on top for the privilege of using the software.
