Is Solo really free forever?
Yes. Solo is free for one practitioner with no end date, no card on file and no cap on clients or appointments. It covers the core: face-map charting, forms, booking with in-app reminders, payments and deposits, inventory with lot tracking, and the patient portal.
What happens when I add practitioners?
Move to Small Practice (3 practitioners included) or Team Practice (10 included), which also add the AI scribe and approvals. Each practitioner past those is $15 a month. Subscribe before January 1, 2027 and the early-adopter rate of $49 or $89 a month is locked for your first 12 months, instead of $79 or $149. Your records stay exactly where they are.
Who is Zdrovia built for?

Can you move my clients over from Jane, Mangomint or paper?
Yes, on Small Practice and Team Practice. Send us your export and our team brings your client list over for you, free. Very large or unusual exports are scoped with you first.
Do nurse injectors get medical director sign-off?
Yes, on Small Practice and Team Practice. An RN or NP can request approval before dispensing. The product is held until the named director approves, and the approval stays on the chart and the lot record. Directors can also be asked to sign any chart.
What does it cost to take card payments?
One all-in rate with nothing stacked underneath: 4% + 30¢ per transaction on Solo, 3.5% on Small Practice and 3% on Team Practice. Cash and e-transfers you record cost nothing. Payouts go to your own Stripe account and bank.
Where is my clients' data stored?
On Canadian servers. Every record and photo is encrypted with AES-256 under keys unique to your clinic, and Zdrovia is built to meet PIPEDA. The full detail is on our security page. Read about security →
