No. It's included for every practitioner on Small Practice and Team Practice. Many systems sell it as a per-user add-on, which is where costs climb fastest for a team.

Can the front desk book for every injector?

Yes. Front desk staff see every practitioner's schedule and the clinic's rooms in one calendar and can book across the team in real time.

Does Zdrovia calculate injector commissions?

Yes. You set rules as a percentage or a fixed amount, by service, category or role. Each sale creates a commission entry that moves through pending, approved and paid, and refunds void the entry automatically.

Will you help us move from our current system?

Small Practice is $79 a month and includes 3 practitioners. Team Practice is $149 a month and includes 10. Each practitioner past the included ones is $15 a month on either plan, so a five-practitioner med spa can stay on Small Practice for $109. Subscribe before January 1, 2027 and the early-adopter rate of $49 or $89 is locked for your first 12 months.

Both paid plans include the AI scribe for every practitioner, commissions and tips, approvals and chart sign-off, multi-room scheduling, and the online store. Team Practice adds multi-location scheduling, analytics, and treatment packages.

Card processing is one all-in rate that drops as the plan grows: 3.5% + 30¢ on Small Practice and 3% + 30¢ on Team Practice, with no separate gateway fee. Payouts go to your clinic's own Stripe account.

Moving a team over

Switching software is harder with a team than alone. Every injector's calendar, every client's treatment history and every package balance has to arrive intact, and nobody wants to run two systems for a month.

On paid plans our team does the migration for you. Export what your current system gives you, send us the files, and we map it by hand. A standard export is usually live within two days; larger or messier data we scope with you first.

What we don't do yet

Fine-grained role-based access controls and custom branding are on the roadmap rather than in the product today. If those matter for your med spa, ask us on a call where they stand.
