Is it really free for a solo practitioner?

Yes. Solo is free forever for one practitioner, with unlimited clients and appointments, and no credit card or time limit. Charting, booking, payments, inventory and the client portal are included. The AI scribe, commissions and the online store come with the paid plans. Card payments are a single all-in rate of 4% + 30¢ on Solo.

I inject under a medical director. Does Zdrovia handle that?

Yes, on the paid plans. On Small Practice ($79 a month for up to 3 practitioners) an RN or NP can request approval before dispensing, the product is held until the named director approves, and the approval stays on the chart and the lot record. Directors can also be asked to sign any chart. The free Solo plan doesn't include approvals.

What happens if I hire someone?

Adding a practitioner takes a few minutes and your records stay where they are. A second practitioner moves you to Small Practice ($79 a month for up to 3, or $49 at the early-adopter rate), which also adds the AI scribe and commissions.

Where is my clients' data stored?

In Canadian data centres. Records and photos are encrypted at rest and in transit, and Zdrovia is built to meet PIPEDA.
