Can I restrict financial visibility by location?

Partly. Give a role the "their sites" scope and that person can book, take payment, refund, manage stock and read financial reports only at the locations they work at. They can still see the other locations. Owners and admins always manage every site, and a chart is one record shared across all of them, so chart access is limited by care team rather than by location.

What happens when a client visits more than one location?

They have one profile shared across all locations. Any injector at any location can see the full treatment history, wherever each visit took place.

Can we standardize consent forms across all locations?

Yes. Forms are managed at the organization level and apply across all locations. You can also create location-specific forms for treatments offered only at certain sites.

Where is client data stored?

In Canadian data centres, for every location, encrypted at rest and in transit. Zdrovia is built to meet PIPEDA.

On paid plans our team does the migration for you. Send us each location's export and we map it by hand into one account. A multi-location move is scoped with you first, including how clients who appear at more than one location come together into a single profile.

What we don't do yet

Restricting a location manager to their own site's schedules and revenue isn't available yet; today, admins on the account see every location. Custom branding is also on the roadmap. If either is a hard requirement, book a call and we'll tell you where it stands.
