Sell the products you already carry.
A storefront wired straight into your clinic inventory. Your patients reorder their skincare at 11pm, the stock count updates, the invoice writes itself — and anything that needs a consult stays locked until it's signed off.
A shop that doesn't need a second system
List the products you already stock
Pick which items are sellable online, set the online price, add photos and copy, and cap the quantity per order if you need to. Everything else about the product stays as it is.
Patients buy from your portal
They sign in, add to cart, and see the tax and the total before they commit. Anything that needs a signed form tells them so up front instead of failing at the payment step.
Stock and books stay straight
The order holds stock, creates the invoice, and draws from the right lot. You see it beside the day's in-clinic sales, not in a separate system.
Retail revenue while the clinic is closed
Most clinics lose repeat product sales to Amazon because reordering means phoning during business hours. Put the shelf in your patients' portal and the repeat purchase stays with the person who prescribed it.
- Product pages with your own photos, copy, and pricing
- Cart totals priced server-side — the browser can't change them
- Every blocker shown at once, not one failed attempt at a time
- Per-order quantity caps on the things people stockpile
- Cards processed on your clinic's own connected account
Know which vial, not just how many
Injectables aren't a SKU count. Receive stock by lot number with an expiry date and a supplier, and every unit you use is tied back to the lot it came from — the record you'd need if a manufacturer ever issued a recall.
- Lot number, expiry, supplier, and cost captured on receipt
- Consumption draws from the earliest-expiring lot first
- Expiring-soon report, with already-expired lots surfaced first
- Quarantine a lot to pull it from use without deleting history
- Sellable stock excludes expired, quarantined, and reserved units
Built for clinical retail, not general e-commerce
One shelf, two counters
The same product record serves the treatment room and the web shop, with a separate online price if you want one. Sell a serum at the desk or overnight and the stock count is the same number.
Gate what needs gating
Attach a form to a product and nobody buys it until that form is signed and reviewed. Retinoids, peels, anything you'd never hand over without a consult stays behind the gate — automatically.
Lot and expiry tracking
Receive stock by lot with expiry and supplier. Consumption draws from the lot expiring first, so the vial about to turn is the one that gets used, not the one at the front of the drawer.
Nothing oversells
Online stock is the sellable count — quarantined, expired, and already-reserved units are excluded. Checkout holds the stock before the card is charged, so two people can't buy the last one.
Publish when you're ready
A listing carries its own title, description, images, price, and per-order limit. Unpublish for a season without losing any of it, and unpublished products don't even appear to exist.
Taxed and invoiced properly
Online orders produce a real invoice with a proper tax breakdown, sitting in the same ledger as everything else the patient has bought from you. No separate storefront to reconcile at month end.
Your patients are already reordering. Somewhere.
