Per-user pricing is cheap until you hire. Every front desk person, every nurse injector, every part-time aesthetician who needs a login adds to it, and the number only moves in one direction. Our Team Practice plan is $149 whether that covers four people or ten. We are honest that at eight users the monthly figures land close together, so the real differences are the onboarding fee, the add-ons and what the chart can do.

Ours attaches dated pairs to the chart with annotation and encryption, which covers what most injectors need, but if photography is the centre of how you sell, look closely at both.

Card processing is all-in: 4% + 30¢ per transaction on Solo (free, one practitioner), 3.5% on Small Practice ($79, 3 practitioners) and 3% on Team Practice ($149, 10 practitioners across any number of locations, then $15 each). There is no onboarding fee on any of them, and no separate gateway charge stacked underneath the percentage.

Export your patient and appointment data and send it over. We do the import by hand rather than handing you a wizard, which matters when an export has half-finished records and inconsistent column names in it.
