Laser hair removal takes a course of sessions, anywhere from 4 to 12 depending on skin type and area, spaced 4 to 8 weeks apart. Six is the most common package, and these are the published prices for one.

What changes the price of laser hair removal
- The area. Clinics group areas by size, and full legs usually cost two to four times what underarms do.
- Packages. Single-session prices are partly a marketing number. Six-session packages and multi-area bundles are where most patients land, at 10% to 50% off.
- Chains vs independents. Some chains publish one national price list, which is why the low end of the range is low.
- Your skin and hair. Darker skin and lighter hair can need more sessions or a different laser, which changes the total cost even at the same per-session price.
