August was the biggest month of the summer for what you can do inside a visit.
AI scribe
Record a consultation and watch it transcribe live. Then use the transcript to fill in the chart around it: prose sections, vitals, range-of-motion, pain scores and any measures you have built yourself. You review every proposed change before it lands, so nothing is written to the record without your say-so. You also get a short summary, a transcript that plays back in sync with the audio, and speaker labels so it is clear who said what.
Because it fills structured fields rather than just writing a paragraph, a dictated visit still feeds your graphs.
Messaging
Patients and staff can now message each other securely, inside Zdrovia, with attachments and read receipts. It works from the clinic dashboard and from the patient portal.
Promotions
Create discounts that apply automatically or by link, limited to the products and services you choose, with a cap on how many times they can be used. They work with the recommendation tool in the chart: recommend a product while you chart and send the patient a discount link in the same step.
Smart blocks
Smart blocks are the structured building blocks of a chart. You can now:
- Build your own. Define the fields, decide which ones are graphed, and use the block in any template.
- Version them. Edit a block without altering the charts that already used the old version.
- Choose from more built-in blocks, including a goniometer for measuring range of motion (the free goniometer tool is the same idea).
- See clinical warnings surface in the chart when something needs attention.
Analytics, staff and patients
- Analytics was reworked: completed, cancelled and no-show appointments, booked value, new versus returning patients, overdue recalls, expiring stock and comparisons against the previous period.
- Staff records were rebuilt so a team member does not need a login to be scheduled or paid commission.
- Patient dashboards give each patient their own set of graphs.
- Care Rhythm groundwork: services can carry a recommended repeat interval.
Inventory
Products now carry lots with expiry dates, and the system uses the soonest-expiring lot first. Product and treatment setup was simplified, and long lists are paginated so large clinics stay fast.
Everything else
- A first-run wizard that saves each step and hides the sidebar until your clinic is set up.
- Form templates written for general use, with more starter templates in a smaller gallery.
- Speed work across the app and a long list of smaller fixes.
