Microneedling Treatment Record
A printable microneedling record with a depth-by-area table, device and cartridge details, the products applied, and the endpoint reached, so each session in a series builds on the last one.
Record depth by area, not one number
Most microneedling treatments use different depths across the face: shallower over thin skin and bony areas, deeper where scarring or texture is being treated. A single depth written at the top of the chart hides that. Record depth, passes, and the endpoint for each area, along with the device and cartridge, so the next session can be adjusted precisely.
Note the glide medium and anything applied during or after treatment. Products applied to freshly needled skin are a common source of reactions, so the record should show exactly what was used.

Chart it once, find it every visit after
Zdrovia comes with starter chart templates for aesthetics, including a neurotoxin treatment record and a laser session record, and you can adapt any of them to match this one. Fill the chart on a tablet during the treatment, or let the AI Scribe complete it from what you say out loud. Products and lots dispensed from inventory land on the same patient record, and photos attach to the visit. Free for solo practitioners, with data stored in Canada.

Frequently asked questions
What depth should be used for microneedling?
Depth depends on the area, the concern being treated, the device, and the practitioner's scope. Our microneedling depth chart shows the published ranges by concern as a reference; the record captures what you actually chose.
Why record the glide medium?
Freshly needled skin absorbs products readily, and reactions are often traced back to what was applied during or right after treatment. Recording it makes a reaction explainable and avoidable next time.
