Chemical Peel Treatment Record
A printable chemical peel record that captures what the next peel depends on: the screening that makes today safe, the acid and strength, layers and timing, the endpoint you reached, and how the skin responded.
The details that decide the next peel
Peels are progressed from what happened last time, so the record has to be precise. Note the product, the acid and its percentage, how the skin was prepped, how many layers were applied, the contact time, whether and how the peel was neutralised, and the endpoint reached, whether that's even erythema or a stated level of frosting.
The screening matters as much as the settings. Record Fitzpatrick type, the date the client last used a retinoid, any isotretinoin in the past year, a history of cold sores, recent sun exposure, and the result of any patch test. These are the answers most likely to change what you do on the day.

Chart it once, find it every visit after
Zdrovia comes with starter chart templates for aesthetics, including a neurotoxin treatment record and a laser session record, and you can adapt any of them to match this one. Fill the chart on a tablet during the treatment, or let the AI Scribe complete it from what you say out loud. Products and lots dispensed from inventory land on the same patient record, and photos attach to the visit. Free for solo practitioners, with data stored in Canada.

Frequently asked questions
What should be on a chemical peel treatment record?
Screening answers (Fitzpatrick type, retinoid and isotretinoin use, cold sore history, sun exposure, patch test), the product, acid and strength, prep, number of layers and contact time, neutralisation, the endpoint reached, post-care applied, and the skin's response.
Why record frosting level?
Frosting is a visible sign of how deeply the peel has acted. Recording it alongside the layers and timing lets you progress, or hold back, the next peel based on evidence rather than memory.
