Measure the same way every time

Body contouring results are gradual, and clients judge them by memory. Record baseline weight, circumference at fixed landmarks, and photos in the same pose and lighting, then repeat at each session. Measurements are more persuasive and more honest than impressions.

For the treatment itself, log the device, applicator, area, settings, and time. Note what was advised afterwards on hydration and activity.

Template from zdrovia.ca/templates/body-contouring-treatment-record/ · Adapt to your college's documentation standard before use.

Chart it once, find it every visit after

Zdrovia comes with starter chart templates for aesthetics, including a neurotoxin treatment record and a laser session record, and you can adapt any of them to match this one. Fill the chart on a tablet during the treatment, or let the AI Scribe complete it from what you say out loud. Products and lots dispensed from inventory land on the same patient record, and photos attach to the visit. Free for solo practitioners, with data stored in Canada.

Frequently asked questions

Which measurements should I record?

Circumference at fixed, marked landmarks, weight if the client consents, and standardised photos. What matters is measuring the same way every visit.

Can I use this for any body device?

Yes. The settings table is generic, so adapt the column headings to your device.

This template is a documentation aid, not clinical guidance. It records decisions about dosing, depth, and settings; it doesn't make them. Documentation standards vary by province and profession, so adapt it to your regulatory college's requirements.
