Our pricing philosophy

Free where software is free to run. Honest where it isn't.

Most EHR companies charge per seat, per module, or per feature — because that's how you extract maximum revenue from a captive customer. We charge differently.

Zdrovia is architected to be cheap to run. The software itself — charting, scheduling, forms, inventory — costs us almost nothing per additional user once it's built. So we don't charge for it.

Where we do have real costs — outbound SMS messages, cloud file storage, video streaming — we charge a small, transparent usage fee. No markups. No bundles. No surprises.

A solo physio who does in-person appointments, charts notes, and manages their own inventory will likely never pay a cent. That's intentional.
