Charts (Clinical Notes)
Charts are the clinical documentation system in Zdrovia. A chart is a rich-text clinical note or chart associated with a patient treatment. They are the equivalent of SOAP notes, chart entries, or progress notes in traditional practice management systems
Forms
Zdrovia includes a full-featured form builder that lets your clinic create custom forms for patient intake, visit documentation, consent collection, and more. Forms are built once and can be assigned to treatments or required for all patients.
Inventory Management
Zdrovia includes a product inventory system for tracking clinical supplies, consumables, and products used during patient visits. You can manage stock levels, record dispensing at the point of care, track costs vs. patient prices, and configure reorder alerts.
Invoices & Billing
Zdrovia includes a billing module for creating, sending, and tracking patient invoices. You can add line items for services rendered and products dispensed, send invoices to patients, and monitor payment status across your clinic.

Patient Management
The Patients section is the hub for all patient records in your clinic. From here you can search for existing patients, view their profiles, and create new records.

Rooms define your physical clinic spaces. Services are the bookable, priced steps within a treatment — each with their own templates, files, forms, and prerequisite rules.

Frequently asked questions.
How do I migrate my patient data from my current EHR?
Export your data from your existing system (we support CSV exports from Jane, Cliniko, and most major EHRs). Send the file to your onboarding rep, and we'll handle the import for free. Most migrations complete within 24 hours.
Is Zdrovia PIPEDA compliant?
Yes. Zdrovia is built for Canadian privacy law - all patient data is stored on Canadian servers and handled under PIPEDA. Our infrastructure uses AES-256-GCM encryption at rest and TLS in transit. US-based practices can request a BAA for HIPAA alignment.
Can multiple clinicians share one Zdrovia account?
Absolutely. You can invite an unlimited number of team members during the beta. Each person gets their own login with configurable role-based permissions. Your admin sees scheduling but not clinical notes, for example.
Does Zdrovia work on mobile?
Zdrovia is a web application optimised for desktop use in a clinical setting. It works in mobile browsers, but we recommend a tablet or laptop for the best experience. Native iOS and Android apps are on our roadmap.
What happens to my data if I decide to leave?
Your data is always yours. You can export a full data archive at any time from Settings → Data Export. We provide your data in structured CSV and PDF formats within 24 hours of a request.
How does the AI note assistant work?
Zdrovia's note assistant uses voice dictation or typed input to generate a structured SOAP note draft. You review and edit the draft before saving. The AI never saves or sends data outside your account, all processing is done securely on our infrastructure.
