How do I migrate my patient data from my current EHR?

Export your data from your existing system (we support CSV exports from Jane, Cliniko, and most major EHRs). Send the file to your onboarding rep, and we'll handle the import for free. Most migrations complete within 24 hours.

Is Zdrovia HIPAA compliant?

Yes. Zdrovia is built to HIPAA standards and we offer a signed BAA (Business Associate Agreement) for all paid plans. Our infrastructure uses AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit.

Can multiple clinicians share one Zdrovia account?

Absolutely. You can invite an unlimited number of team members during the beta. Each person gets their own login with configurable role-based permissions — so your admin sees scheduling but not clinical notes, for example.

Does Zdrovia work on mobile?

Zdrovia is a web application optimised for desktop use in a clinical setting. It works in mobile browsers, but we recommend a tablet or laptop for the best experience. Native iOS and Android apps are on our roadmap.

What happens to my data if I decide to leave?

Your data is always yours. You can export a full data archive at any time from Settings → Data Export. We provide your data in structured CSV and PDF formats within 24 hours of a request.

How does the AI note assistant work?

Zdrovia's note assistant uses voice dictation or typed input to generate a structured SOAP note draft. You review and edit the draft before saving. The AI never saves or sends data outside your account — all processing is done securely on our infrastructure.
